Description
Capture the vibrant hues of springtime in the town with expressive line and juicy color. Through a series of exercises designed to build confidence and speed, we’ll create several sketches using various styles of mark-making with pen, pencil, and watercolor. We’ll cover how to: Choose an appropriate subject without getting overwhelmed Use dynamic lines to capture the local landscape Add life to your sketch with watercolor Class meets at Cura Contemporary. Weather permitting, we may go outside to draw. Bring a bag lunch (or grab a bite to go nearby). Dress for the weather; bring a hat, and wear comfortable shoes.
