About Us

We are a 501c3 that rescues, rehabilitates and shelters animals that are abused, neglected and abandoned. Some of the animals are then used for education and therapy purposes. Nestled in the beautiful foothills of Northern California, Alma Bonita Animal Rescue (ABAR) was founded out of love and respect for animals who have been put in neglected and vulnerable situations.
