About Us

Envision Your Pathway (EYP) is a youth development and workforce development nonprofit helping young people ages 15–24 build the skills, experiences, relationships, and confidence to pursue their own vision of success.

Based in Morgan Hill, EYP partners with schools, community organizations, employers, and other trusted community spaces to bring opportunities directly to young people. Across our programs, youth explore their strengths and goals, build workplace and life skills, develop financial capability, learn about entrepreneurship and worker rights, and gain hands-on experience putting those skills into practice. Whether they are launching a business, preparing for employment, developing as a leader, or figuring out what comes next, we help young people build the personal compass, practical skills, and real-world experiences they need to navigate their own path forward.

We believe preparing the next generation of workers, entrepreneurs, and community leaders is a shared responsibility. That’s why partnerships with local businesses are an important part of our work. Employers and business leaders can engage with EYP as mentors, speakers, work-based learning partners, sponsors, volunteers, and champions for young people.

Since 2020, EYP has served more than 500 young people across Santa Clara County while building a growing network of partners committed to creating pathways for the next generation.
