Yoga in the Gallery
Description
Join us for our April session of Yoga in the Gallery, where you will practice yoga amongst art for a unique and relaxing experience with instructor Christene Joy. Strength Flow combines yoga, strength training, and cardio to boost metabolism, build strength, and increase flexibility, while incorporating the breathwork and meditation to prioritize the mind-body connection.
